Giggleberry Farm

Created in 2020 to promote the farming of Poha Berry and other sweet treats that will flourish at 2400-ft. elevation here in the tropics. 

Located on the slopes of Mauna Loa (and 10 miles from Kilauea), the property was an operating tomato farm in the early 1980's, however 20 years of poor management left the land overgrown and unkempt. Our goal is to bring the land back into operation as a functional farm in concert with Hawaii's family farming initiatives to minimize our reliance on imported foods.

This is a ongoing project being conducted by two people who have full time jobs - but fell in love with the property and can see its potential.
